I'm so happy! I have finally come out of the closet with Sonic Alignment!  I have had this idea of getting women together with the intention of healing and fun for a while now.  I'm quite reclusive by nature, so reaching out to others and asking them to support my crazy ideas is very hard for me.  I just bit the bullet and did it and it wasn't nearly as scary as I thought it would be.

I had a group of beautiful women over to my house, for Sonic Alignment training, yesterday.  It was such a fun, energetic group to be a part of.  I love each one of those women to pieces.

Sonic Alignment is a specific way to use Meditation and Whip movements to connect with your body and create your reality.  We started by talking and checking out the whips.  Then we moved to the meditation and used the whips to help integrate. Then back to meditating and whips.  Of coarse there were lots of giggles and gabbing in between.

Here I am explaining a little about the whips and my ideas.

Obviously, there are no pictures of the meditation....   Here we are picking out whips and getting ready to play.

Kerry is a very talented poi spinner.  She picked up two whips and showed us all how it is done.  It was so cool to see.

Martha didn't like her picture taken.  It is too bad because she is graceful like a dancer and gorgeous.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating such a wonderful healing modality. It seem to me that vitality and joy surged through us all with each crack of the whip. Moving with the whip was a dance; one I would like to get much better at. Kinda felt like I was stepping all over my partner's toes! You have just scratched the surface of the vitality to be gained from your workshops. Good luck to you on this new venture. You are amazing.
