Frank's Tibetan Wave

I love the original Tibetan Wave whip!  It has to be my favorite one to build.  Most likely because it has all 3 of my favorite colors in it.  This one is going to California, but not to Ron this time.  It goes to a nice guy named Frank who is going to have lots of fun with it.
